The replacement of Bridge #421 over Meeting House Branch in the Brook Valley Neighborhood had long been identified by the Greenville Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (GUAMPO) as a project of need. This project was administered under the Municipal Bridge Replacement Assistance Program. The bridge was completed in May 2017 a month ahead of schedule, within scope and budget.
- South Tar Greenway, Phase 3, Greenville, NC. This project is a 10-foot wide multi-use path on new location and will parallel the Tar River on its south side. The corridor incorporates a series of boardwalks and includes a prefabricated steel pedestrian bridge. The project crosses under the CSX Railroad structure prior to its termination at the existing greenway location.
- Sidewalks Associated with the Safe Routes to School Program, Greenville, NC.
